Terms of service

The Service is a cloud application for invoicing, accounting, purchases, inventory and the preparation of GST (India) and VAT (UAE) data. Features vary by plan, as described on our pricing page. Items described as “roadmap” or “planned” are not part of the Service until we announce them as available.

The Service helps you calculate tax and prepare return data. It does not file returns on your behalf and is not a GST Suvidha Provider, Application Service Provider or accredited tax software vendor. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for the tax treatment you apply, and for filing on the official portals (the GST portal in India and EmaraTax in the UAE).

We do not provide tax, legal or accounting advice and do not guarantee compliance. Please confirm the treatment of your transactions with a qualified adviser.

• Provide accurate registration details and keep your contact email current.
• Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Assign roles appropriately to the users you invite.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, including issuing false invoices or evading tax.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data or probe, disrupt or overload the Service.
• Do not resell or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

Plans may start with a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Fees are charged in INR or AED as shown at the time of purchase and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added where required.

Subscriptions renew for the selected interval unless cancelled. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

We may suspend access for non-payment or a material breach of these terms. During suspension your data is retained, not deleted. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request an export of your data. After termination, we will retain or delete data in line with our privacy notice and legal obligations.

You own the business data you enter. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service. Our support team may access your workspace only through time-limited, read-only, audited access that you can see and revoke. We handle personal data as described in our privacy notice, with reference to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).

We aim to keep the Service available and to improve it over time, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change features; if we remove a material feature of a paid plan we will give reasonable notice.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for penalties arising from tax filings you make.

The governing law and venue for disputes will be specified in the final version of these terms after legal review, taking into account where the customer is established (India or the UAE).
